Caryn Rosenthal joined Buy The Sea in 2004 to handle sales in the Direct Selling market. Additionally, she works with specialty markets and Financial and Insurance groups. Caryn comes to Buy The Sea with many years of successful sales experience in both business equipment and custom lighting, specializing in the hotel industry. Her love of travel prompted her to switch gears and join the incentive market. Caryn has brought over two dozen new Direct Selling clients to Buy The Sea – contracting programs for group sizes ranging from 50-6000 passengers both on land and sea. Caryn is laser-focused on the needs of the customer. She understands that the ultimate success of a program requires upfront listening and ongoing communication related to the group dynamic, vision and anticipated results. She is a subject matter expert as a cruise consultant and has earned the respect of her vendor partners. She is a graduate of Washington University.
