Lina Oliu-Flores joined Buy The Sea as Director of Sales and Service at the end of 2003 , following three years as Charter and Incentive Sales Manager at Norwegian Cruise Line. There, she dealt extensively with corporate clients and incentive house buyers to provide them with quotes and contracts - making sure the best rates and amenities were negotiated on their behalf. Lina regularly attended travel trade shows and events where she established solid relationships with her industry contacts. Prior to working at NCL, Lina was an Executive Meeting Manager at the Grove Isle Club and Resort where she handled corporate group sales and service. Additionally, she was Catering and Conference Services Manager for the Doral Golf Resort and Spa where she excelled in program coordination and operations. Lina began her travel industry career at Carnival Cruise Line where she was in charge of all group activities onboard the ms Fantasty. While at Carnival, she handled all size groups up to full ship charters. Her attention to detail allowed her to shine in all areas ranging from private onboard functions to food and beverage to customized programs and shore events.
Lina is a wonderful addition to the Buy The Sea family. She is responsible for all charter and incentive proposals, contracts and onboard programming.
