L’AUSTRAL and LE BOREAL will offer three suites, 122 balcony cabins and 7 outside cabins. Of the 122 balconies, 40 will have the ability to convert to 20 suites. No one will be able to tell that the suites were once two adjacent cabins – as the furniture will change. Each will have two bathrooms – one with a shower and one with a bathtub. These ships will sail some very unique itineraries in the Med, South America, Canada/New England, the deep Caribbean and Asia. As with all of the Ponant ships, charters can be formed to suit any program length. Look for these vessels to compete with the likes of Seabourn and Silversea.
LE DIAMANT accommodates no more than 226 passengers, 90 on LE LEVANT and LE PONANT just 64, so each has an unique intimate atmosphere. On board, everyone sets their own daily pace, free to enjoy the delights of a "select solitude" or to share convivial moments over the many activities on the programme.
Under full sail, Le Ponant will captivate you at first sight with her amazing beauty. Soon afterwards, you will enjoy the welcoming comfort of your cabin. Le Diamant (once knows as the Song of Flower) is a charming vessel. The atmosphere onboard is hearty, all the French way of life. Even though the Main Lounge can welcome all the passengers at once, there are a lot of cosy rooms on board Le Diamant, like the library, the small lounges or the splendid Observatory room, on the fore part of the ship.
