Culinary pleasures aboard can be high drama, as celebrity chef Charlie Palmer unveils his latest creations. In the stylish open-seating Restaurant, tables glisten with Porsgund china and Schott Zwiesel crystal. Candlelit evenings are elegant affairs, and on black-tie optional occasions, tuxedos and sequins add to the Sparkle. Most evenings, however, are simply "jacket required." For casual dining, lavish breakfast and lunch buffets await you in the Verdana café. The nightly, imaginative tasting menus are presented in 2 - our new alternative dining experience.
Seabourn is delighted to announce that we're building two new, ultra luxury Seabourn yachts, for delivery in spring 2009 and 2010. They'll be built by T. Mariotti, a shipbuilder specializing in beautiful mega-yachts and small, luxury ships.
Each of the new ships will feature 225 luxury suites, ninety percent with private verandas.Specifically designed to enable our award-winning staff to continue to deliver the unique style of service that's made Seabourn the top-rated cruise line in the industry, they will be spacious, with sleek lines and the relaxed, personal feel of an oversized yacht. They have kept many of Seabourn signature features from their existing ships- the Sky Bar, the water sports, the Spa -- and added exciting new features, too.
